Refunds are available only if no AI services have been used — no CVs created, no PDFs downloaded, no AI enhancements or tailoring used. Once services are consumed, the service is considered delivered.
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
