How do I get a refund?
Email us at support@careercraft.cc within 7 days of purchase with your registered email and Payment ID. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Can I change my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime from your Profile page. The price difference will be prorated. To downgrade, contact support.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption, uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How does recruiter visibility work?
When enabled, your CV appears in our Job Bank for verified recruiters. Your contact details are hidden - recruiters can only send interest requests. You decide who to respond to.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and digital wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, Amazon Pay). International cards are also supported.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom. Click Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including CVs, videos, and profile information.
